Facilities Co-ordinator
The contract is part time and permanent, and the hourly rate is £12.75. Your working time will be 22.50 hours each week. The employer, National Trust, is a charity. You will be based at Godolphin, which is an estate, which could mean diversity in the role. Note some estates are far from public transport. It is located in Cornwall.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join the team in the West Cornwall portfolio, assisting our Facilities Manager in delivering an efficient, effective and flexible service.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about looking after our visitors, people and places to help us with our compliance, health and safety, and maintenance across the portfolio.
Salary: £12.75 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Hours/ working pattern: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week. Although our office is based at Godolphin, there will be travel required to other locations at times.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you’ll support our facilities team with our compliance and property databases to ensure we are compliant, safe and proactive in looking after our people and places.
As Facilities Coordinator, you will be practically minded, coordinate and maintain our compliance system, working with colleagues on their actions and gathering/storing evidence to support the work we complete, whether that is health and safety, maintenance or environmental management tasks, helping our places be as compliant as possible. You will be organising and reporting on regular maintenance tasks, responsible for energy monitoring and reporting, plus delivering exceptional facilities support to our colleagues and contractors.
You will be required to carry out some basic maintenance tasks to support our properties and colleagues. Appropriate training will be provided.
