Job Description

We’re looking for a Service Team Member to join us at Coleton Fishacre House and Garden to greet visitors who are arriving at our car park , assisting them with their orientation, and managing traffic on our lane at busy times.

Salary: £12.25 per hour, we’re currently undertaking our pay review process and it is likely that this salary will be increased from 1st April 2026.

Contract/duration: 516.50 hours per year. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year

Hours/working pattern/hours: Permanent

For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.

Reporting to Welcome Manager you’ll be part of a team working at Coleton Fishacre.

The core part of your job is to give vital and positive support to our visitors with a focus on greeting and helping them, and directing traffic.

Most importantly, you’ll be talking to visitors, answering their questions and making sure they can find everything they need to enjoy their day in a safe and hassle free way.
