Retail Team Member
The contract is part time and permanent, and the hourly rate is £12.25. There are 780.00 hours available over the course of a year. The employer, National Trust, is a charity. You will be based at Mount Stewart, which is an estate, which could mean diversity in the role. Note some estates are far from public transport. It is located in Ards and North Down.

We’re looking for a Retail Team Member to welcome visitors to the National Trust shop at Mount Stewart, to answer their questions and help them make the most of their day.
Salary: £9,555.00 pro rata (FTE £23,887.50 per annum)
Contract/duration: Permanent
Hours/working pattern: 780 hours per year. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year

As a member of the retail team, you’ll be offering visitors help and advice with their shopping. You’ll have high standards of presentation in the shop while providing excellent service to all customers.
You’ll also be able to talk to them about how everything they buy helps to fund the work of the National Trust. Other duties may include arranging, receiving and unpacking deliveries, creating shop displays and working with others in the team to keep the shop floor clean and organised.
