Marble Hill Supervisor
The contract is full time and permanent, and the annual salary is £28,949. Your working time will be 36.00 hours each week. The employer, English Heritage, is a charity. You will be based at Marble Hill House, which is an estate, which could mean diversity in the role. Note some estates are far from public transport. It is located in Greater London.

If so, then join our Operations, Experience & Engagement team at Marble Hill and play your part in helping visitors experience more of England's captivating past and preserve it for generations to come.
You will line manage our Visitor Assistant team, along with our Ranger's, supporting them to deliver exceptional visitors experiences through high standards of customer service. You will champion positive relationships with stakeholders, including on-site partners, contractors and the local community.
You'll be optimising every opportunity to generate income, achieving all site performance targets, including retail, through target setting, training and coaching your team in active selling.
You will support Marble Hill by ensuring that the site itself and its assets are safe and secure and take responsibility for day-to-day financial management as the sub-accountant.
This role will take on duty management responsibilities for Marble Hill and will require weekend and bank holiday working on a rota based system. The site supervisor will support operations inside Marble Hill House, along with supporting colleagues working within our outdoor park landscape.
We are looking for someone who can bring their experience of providing excellent customer service and strong staff supervisory skills as well as being able to work independently. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and also be a confident communicator, having strong interpersonal skills with both visitors and colleagues.
