Kenwood Site Supervisor
The contract is full time and permanent, and the annual salary is £30,472. Your working time will be 36.00 hours each week. The employer, English Heritage, is a charity. You will be based at Kenwood, which is an estate, which could mean diversity in the role. Note some estates are far from public transport. It is located in Greater London.

If so, then join our Operations, Experience and Engagement team at Kenwood and play your part in helping visitors experience more of England's captivating past and preserve it for generations to come.
You'll be duty managing on a roster basis, 5 days out of 7 with regular weekends. You will oversee the customer experience for visitors to Kenwood, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and safety procedures. You will manage the Visitor Assistants, and lead by example in delivering exceptional service, and ensure all public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
We are looking for someone who can bring their experience of providing excellent customer service and strong staff supervisory skills as well as being able to work independently. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and also be a confident communicator, having strong interpersonal skills with both visitors and colleagues.
